Assistant Manager, Internal Audit (Regional) - Up to 7K #HHL

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Internal Audit (3rd Line):

  • Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across AP and group companies in the AP/India Region.

  • Support other audit matters and cross-functional audit projects.

  2️⃣ Regional Compliance (2nd Line):

  • Promote and support business compliance including Anti-Bribery/Corruption, Competition Laws, and Export Controls.

  • Support the whistleblowing system across the region.

  3️⃣ AP Compliance (1st Line):

  • Assist the Compliance Manager in driving internal controls and compliance activities specific to MHI-AP operations.

  • Promote awareness and training on regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Min. 5+ years of internal audit or compliance experience, preferably in a regional role.

• Familiarity with APAC compliance and regulatory frameworks.

• Able to travel extensively (30–40%) across assigned countries.

• Independent, resourceful, and strong communicator.
