We are seeking a detail‑orientedand analytical Business Executive to support our team through accurate businessreporting, data governance, and cross‑functionalproject execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for regularoperational reporting, ensuring data accuracy in the ERP system, and providinginsightful analysis to management that supports decision‑making, sales support operations, and ROAIC improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Reporting

• Prepare, analyse, and present monthly / weekly operational reports.

• Ensure proper, accurate, and timely data update in the ERP system

• Identify data discrepancies and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders

• Present reports, analysis, and insights to management during face to face (FTF) meetings

• Support management with ad hoc analysis as required

• Establish and maintain a data management framework, including:- Data ownership and accountability

1. Standard definitions and reporting logic
2. Regular data validation and controls

• Project & Program Management

1. Lead multiple cross functional programs and projects across departments
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
3. Project planning and coordination, providing regular progress tracking
4. Structured project update reporting to project sponsors and management

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy
• Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to management
