Contract Bank User Project Manager/ Business Analyst (JIRA) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders across 10 locations to gather, analyse, and standardise requirements for core banking system enhancements; ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory frameworks
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis by documenting as-is processes, identifying gaps, and designing to-be workflows to drive operational efficiency and long-term improvements
• Review Functional Specification Documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements and objectives
• Coordinate end-to-end testing, including test script development and execution; manage JIRA tickets for defects, enhancements, and status tracking through to closure
• Support change request processes by documenting, assessing business impact, and facilitating stakeholder alignment and approvals

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process standardization across multiple regions, UAT coordination, and system implementation.
• Hands-on experience managing JIRA tickets, test case management, and defect triage.
