Contract Executive Assistant / Secretary | Up to $3.5K | Office Hours #HYNA

We are looking for a Contract Executive Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support in a corporate environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, independent and experienced in calendar management.

Salary: Up to $3,500/month
Working Hours: Office Hours (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior stakeholders.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and billing processes.
• Prepare reports, presentation materials and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Prior experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary or Administrative roles.
• Strong calendar management and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
