Contract HR Admin Assistant | Up to $2.5K | Office Hours | 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a Contract HR Admin Assistant to support HR and administrative operations in a dynamic corporate environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on HR experience.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Support HR administration, employee records and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling and candidate screening.
• Handle office administration, procurement and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support for projects, events and daily business operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related discipline.
• Prior HR internship experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
