Contract Patient Service Associate (Long-Term Opportunity) #HYNA

We are looking for a Contract Senior Patient Service Associate to support front-line operations at a healthcare institution. If you enjoy interacting with patients and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Assist patients with self-service kiosks and digital services.
• Manage patient flow and attend to enquiries.
• Perform other administrative and frontline support duties.

Requirements

• GCE N/O level.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
