Contract Scientific Support Specialist - Lab Admin (Science, Min Dip, West, 5 days office hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Support GDM-A (Global Developmental Markets – Asia) Category Manager in the coordination and tracking of various GDMA related projects and requests

• Competently support various regulatory and registration work required 

• Process, post and retrieved required data to and from the database system

• Perform cross-training to other Specialists when required

• Gain direction from Team Leader/Supervisor on work assignments

• Conduct all assigned work in compliance with P&G safety and quality requirements

• Communicate operation issues to Team Leader/Supervisor

Qualifications and Criteria

• Possesses a diploma in sciences or related discipline.

• A team player

• Proficient in Microsoft office suite of software (particularly proficient in excel)

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong administrative and time management

• Systematic and Meticulous at work

• Having prior knowledge in Global Product Stewardship and chemicals will be an advantage.
