Contract Senior Assistant Manager / Manager (Healthcare Partnership Agreements) #HKN

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours

Location: North/ North East

Salary: $4,000 - $7,500

Contract Duration: 4 months

Job description:

• Prepare, assess, and support the execution of collaboration agreements relating to research, innovation, and external partnerships
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate discussions and alignment on agreements involving various organisations
• Monitor agreement progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain continuity for ongoing matters during the coverage period
• Support the upkeep and revision of standard operating procedures, agreement templates, and internal guidelines
• Provide coordination and administrative assistance to ensure smooth operational support throughout the assignment.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• Experience in contract administration, research support, or partnership management within a healthcare/ research environment
• Knowledge of research funding frameworks and grant administration processes would be advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to prioritise assignments, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and proactive in handling responsibilities
• Collaborative mindset with a professional and positive approach to teamwork
