Corporate Communications Specialist (MNC, Healthcare Sector, Marcomm)

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the specialist will work with and assist CEO in planning and managing all aspects of corporate communications, volunteers’ management, donors’ relations, strategize fund-raising events / activities

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing /Mass Communications/Business/ Arts & Social Science
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant experiences in corporate communications, fundraising, donors and/or volunteers management
• Good personality with positive attitude, cost consciousness, professionalism, teamwork and flexibility
• Comfortable with meeting people from all walks of life and able to multi-task with ongoing fundraising projects.
• Support in all key 2016 projects e.g. the Brand Refinement exercise, website revamp and Heritage Project
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines adherence
• Housekeeping - monitor and collates relevant news and articles, and updating of CD media library.

Requirements

• Min Degree in public relations, marketing or communications
• At least 3 years of experience in communications and projects/events management. Candidates with experience in healthcare industry would be at an added advantage
Good team player who is able to support the team members in achieving organisation goals and project timelines
• Great interpersonal skills, self motivated and detail oriented
