*Role 1* (Email Team): Handle email enquires. Because they'll be handling written customer service.
*Role 2* (Outbound Calls): This role will be focusing on outbound calling, so having some sort of sales or telemarketing background would be good.
*Role 3* (Inbound Calls): Handle incoming phone call enquires and complaints.
