Executive, Healthcare Operations (Office hours, Career Progression) #HYN

About the role

This is a full-time Executive, Healthcare Operations role based in various location in Singapore. You will be working for a leading provider of healthcare services. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and contributing to its continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative support to the Healthcare Operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

2. Handling customer inquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service

3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required

4. Maintaining and updating the company's databases and records

5. Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency

6. Performing other administrative duties as assigned

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry

2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

6. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
