Finance Executive (Healthcare) #HHL

Slaary: Up to 4200

Job Description:

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to support understanding of operating expenses and performance.
• Review strategic plans and support annual budget and projection updates.
• Maintain financial performance reports and dashboards to drive cost insights and control.
• Provide sound financial advice, ensuring alignment with policies and workflows.
• Deep-dive into cost drivers, subsidy frameworks, and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Guide pricing decisions through data analysis and competitive insights.
• Contribute to the implementation of financial systems and process improvements (e.g. Billing Transformation, Costing Systemization).
• Take part in change management and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirement

• Min. Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Costing, or Pricing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Organized, meticulous, and proactive—able to thrive independently or in a team.
• Resilient and confident in handling ambiguity and dynamic work environments.
• Familiarity with SAP (FI-CO, ISH), MS Office, and data visualization tools is a plus.
