The Assistant Manager works closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage the office and retail space planning and operations 

 

Office Space

• Manages day-to-day office operations, including planning of seating arrangement and overseeing office amenities such as meeting rooms, AV systems, and staff pantries, as well as liaising with Facilities Management on office-related maintenance work.
• Facilitates and manages various office projects, including office relocations and renovations.
• Proactively monitors and reviews current processes and workflows to ensure compliance with government and hospital standards and guidelines, and proposes actionable solutions to address areas for improvement.
• Manages the set-up and procurement related to the upcoming Pavilion building.

Retail Management

• Manages tenancy-related issues, compiles occupancy and rental reports, and performs other related lease management functions.
• Engages professionally with internal and external parties to gather feedback, resolve complaints, and improve service levels.
• Works with key stakeholders to establish and implement initiatives that enhance existing retail services and meet new retail needs (e.g. introducing new technology to improve user experience and collaborating with government agencies to roll out new initiatives).

Estate Management

• Oversees hospital campus amenities, including the procurement of new furniture and equipment, and works with internal stakeholders on maintenance scheduling.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement :

• Degree holder with 3–5 years relevant experience
• Strong in office/facilities operations + project management
• Handle office relocation/renovation, seating planning, procurement & office amenities
• Exposure to tenancy/retail/lease management is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management, independent & hands-on
