HR Employee Lifecycle Administration (1 Year Contract) - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Novena
Working hours: Mon - Fri, office hours
Salary: $2800 - $3000

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding and contract renewals.
- Benefits & Claims: Processing employee medical claims, managing corporate panel clinic services, and issuing Letters of Guarantee (LOG).
- Learning & Development: Assisting with training logistics, managing event coordination, and tracking Learning & Development (L&D) grants/budgets.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining employee records, updating HR dashboards, and generating statistical reports for manpower planning.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Supporting staff welfare programs, assisting with workplace queries, and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Min diploma in any discipline.
