HR Executive, HR Operations (6 months contract) #HBY

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Salary: $3,000 – $3,300/month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Location: Northeast / Central

Job Responsibilities

• Support the HR Operations team with day-to-day HR administrative activities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Handle recruitment-related administration and candidate coordination
• Support the administration of training and Learning & Development (L&D) programmes
• Track and maintain employee training records and documentation
• Provide general HR administrative support
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Relevant experience in HR Operations, Recruitment or HR Administration
• L&D administration experience is an advantage
• Good organisational and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
