Infrastructure Engineer #IJO

Location: Tampines

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely onsite and remote IT support to end users.

• Support the setup, maintenance, inventorying and monitoring of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

• Maintain and support IT equipment such as routers, switches, UPS, IPT, wireless access points, PCs, multi-function printers, audiovisual equipment, LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi.

• Support and maintain servers, storage, virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V and VMware), and backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field is required.

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on systems and network management.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of system and network administration.
