Locum Physiotherapist #HZT

• Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility and rehabilitation needs.

• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.

• Provide physiotherapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength and functional independence.

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.

• Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), with a valid Practising Certificate.

• Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings would be advantageous.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
