Locum to Perm / Perm Homecare Staff Nurse (General + Palliative)

Location: East side (transportation covered by Company's grab account)

Salary:

Locum - $30/case (homecare), $32/case (hospice care)

Perm - $3000-$4800

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Locum - 2-4 days per week

Job scope:

• To perform home visits to chronic ill/ palliative patients who are being referred

• To perform nursing assessment on the patient

• To coordinate with doctor for medical assessment and follow-up visits to patient

• To monitor current medication and compliance as prescribed by the doctor

• To perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheter, insertion of naso-gastric tube and care of tubings as required

• To initiate nursing care plan and implement new measures of management

• To educate caregivers/families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuation of care at home

Requirements:

•Valid SNB and BCLS

• Min 6 months of home care or palliative nursing experience
