[Locum/Perm] PHARMACIST #HZT

Looking for registered Pharmacists who are keen to grow their experience in a hospital and clinical pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and process medication orders accurately
• Dispense medications and ensure safe, appropriate medication use
• Provide medication counselling to patients and caregivers
• Review medication therapy, dosage, interactions and potential side effects
• Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Provide drug information and medication-related recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with pharmacy standards and procedures
• Support medication safety, inventory and other pharmacy-related initiatives

Requirements
• Degree in Pharmacy or recognised equivalent
• Valid registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
• Hospital / clinical pharmacy experience will be advantageous
• Good communication and patient counselling skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
