Manager, Emergency Planning (1-Year Contract) #HHL

? Job Scope
• Lead hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response planning
• Manage emergency response plans, SOPs, drills, and readiness activities
• Coordinate response for incidents such as pandemics, IT downtime, and operational disruptions
• Supervise and develop the Emergency Planning team
• Support crisis activation, Operations Centre setup, and post-incident reviews
• Manage emergency equipment, resources, budgets, and procurement
• Coordinate with MOH and internal stakeholders on emergency preparedness initiatives

✅ Requirements
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, emergency planning, crisis management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong stakeholder coordination and team leadership skills
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and crisis response
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
