Marcomms Specialist (Brand Management, Events, Literature Content, Public Relations)

The Marketing Manager/Senior Manager is a full time executive of the company.  He/She is responsible to lead and execute all marketing and public relations related activities. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Marketing
• Execution of all Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Events plans that are align with the company strategy.
• Manage and execute all marketing communication with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies and corporate partners.
• Negotiation with external stakeholders, including suppliers, agencies and corporate partners to get the best possible rate.
• Monitor and evaluate Return of Investments, effectiveness and efficiency of all marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing
• Conceptualise and execute digital, online and social media strategies such as Facebook, Google Ads Words marketing, Google Network Advertising and Youtube.

Public Relations
• Build strong rapport with editors in Singapore
• Handle all public relations related enquiries and press events.
• Pro-actively identify public relations angles to draft press releases and printed collaterals.
• Provide creative directions and/or proposal by partnering Creative Executive and Designer in the artwork designs, creative photography direction when creating the press kits, etc.
• Co-ordination and arrangement of media visits to company’s outlets, interviews, media/press events to create awareness of company’s services and products.
• Shortlisting and developing bloggers to help with brand awareness.
• Managing bloggers with the assistance of the medical doctors to provide professional aesthetic advices.

Requirements:
• Min Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing / Business or its equivalent
• Knowledge of traditional marketing and digital media trends, in tuned to social media with experience in online marketing
• Independent, outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in conceptualizing, proposing, planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, road shows and events
• Min 10 years experience as a marketing manager required
