• One day they will be covering 3-4 homes depends on the patient loads
What You Will Do
- You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
- You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.
Who You Are
- State Registered Nurse with a valid Practising Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with at least 3 years of working experience
- Experience in Oncology or Palliative Care will be an advantage
- Highly independent and reliable, and able to make clinical judgements in a home-care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with interacting with people in all walks of life
- Computer literate
