Working hours, staggered rostered by Supervisor:

Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 6.00pm

Saturday: 7.00am to 4.00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Booking of surgery slots for operating theatres, booking of beds etc

* Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.

* Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.

* Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.

* Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.

* Perform any other duties as assigned.
