Order Processing Senior Associate (1 Year, Up to $3500, Start Immediately) #HJY

Location: Labrador Park
Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: $3000 - $3500

Working days and hours:
- Mon – Fri
- Office hours

Job Description:
- Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and on time. Coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Perform ship confirmation upon receipt of complete shipping documents and ensure all pending orders are closed by month-end.
- Process stock transfers between warehouses or locations and monitor inventory movements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation and ERP updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory audits.
- Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain / Business / Logistics / Operations Management
- Min 1-3 years relevant experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, distribution & operation management
