PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (OUTRAM PARK, UP TO $13/HR) #HJY

Location: Outram Park
Duration: 3 Months Temp
Salary: $10.50 - $13

Working days and hours:

• Office Hours 5 Days – do note that they will start as early as 7.30am
• Monday to Thursday - 9.5 hours, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Friday – 9 hours, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break

PSA are on staggered working hours and may be rostered to start work from 7.30AM

Job Description:

• You are responsible for providing front-line services to our patients.
• Your duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, registration of patients’ visits, appointment scheduling, and collection of payments and provide financial counselling.
• Do note that there is kiosk at the medical centre (Front end customer service)

- No exp required, training will be provided
