• Work Schedule: 5-days work week (42-hour week) (no WFH arrangement)

• Relevant working experience in employer branding or talent attraction role would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding initiatives, including the development of collaterals such as brochures, videos, and event visuals. You will assist to manage digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and aligned with 's brand identity.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and compelling messaging across all channels. You will also be involved in career talks and outreach events at Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) to build awareness and interest among the prospective talent.

Additionally, you will support in the preparation of campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools to provide insights for future initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Applicants with less than 2 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Executive position.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Good team player, independent and resourceful
• Proficient with applications like CapCut and Canva.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
