QA Assistant/ Officer (6 months) #JTL

• To tally, track all complaints, and follow up request
• Assist with all product returns and follow up request
• Assist to Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) checks
• Assist with drafting and publishing of MBPR
• Assist with publishing of SOP and documents and ensure all documents are readily available on the public domain
• Assist to tally and track all QA department training records/ supplier list are up to date
• Assist to generate the video for the training, Coordinate scheduling of the QA department related Training (training slides and content will be completed by the executive/Manager)
• Support preparation for external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits
• Assist with temperature monitoring reviews and trending.
