Receptionist (6-Month Contract – Maternity Cover)

Position: Receptionist (6-Month Contract – Maternity Cover)
Start Date: 28 September 2026
Location: Asia Square, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Salary: SGD $3,000–$4,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and arrange local/international couriers.
• Prepare meeting rooms, serve refreshments, and tidy rooms after meetings.
• Manage meeting room bookings via Outlook.
• Maintain office security and visitor access.
• Liaise with vendors and building management for office maintenance.
• Coordinate weekly office lunches and fruit deliveries.
• Process administrative invoices using Concur (training provided).
• Order office supplies and perform general administrative tasks.
• Support other ad hoc duties as needed.
