Location: Novena
Salary: $12/hour
Working Schedule:
• 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends per week
Weekday Shifts:
• 10.00am – 7.00pm OR 1.00pm – 10.00pm
Weekend Shifts:
• 9.00am – 6.00pm
Job Scope
• Handle parent and customer enquiries over the phone
• Assist with enrolment and provide programme information
• Direct potential leads to the Sales team
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
