Registration Callers (3 months, Novena, $12/hr) #HJY

Location: Novena
Duration: 1st September 2026 - 30th November 2026
Salary: $12/hr

Working days and hours:
- 3 Weekdays and 2 Weekends
- Weekdays (1pm-10pm/ 10am-7pm)
- Weekends (9am-6pm)

Job Description:
- Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
- Assist with enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
- Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Job Requirements:
- No exp needed, training will be provided
