Research Admin Assistant ($11/hr, Immediate, Novena, Healthcare) #HJY

Location: Novena
Duration: 6 months (Extension is subjected to vacancy and business needs)
Salary: $11/hr

Working days and hours:
- 5 days
- Office Hours

Job Description:
Research Participant Coordination
- Conduct phone screening of potential participants according to study requirements and scripts.

Operational Support
- Coordinate participant flow during study visits.
- Assist with collection and transportation of study documents and materials.

Data Management
- Perform accurate data entry into research databases and tracking systems.
- Verify completeness of data and documentation.

General Support
- Assist with procurement and inventory tracking of study supplies.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the research team.

Job Requirements:
- No exp needed, training will be provided
- Min A'Levels/Diploma in any field
