Sales & Logistics Coordinator – German MNC | Up to $3,600 #HHLT

? Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
? Contract | Extension / Conversion Possible

? Responsibilities
• Process customer orders and verify pricing against quotations
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments and import/export documentation
• Follow up on payments and liaise with Accounts Receivable
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and returns
• Maintain accurate customer and project records in SAP / CRM
• Support Letter of Credit documentation and customs clearance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

? Requirements
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales support, order processing or logistics experience
• Knowledge of import/export procedures
• SAP experience advantageous
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
