Salesforce Administrator (CRM/ Pharma MNC/ Backend support, SFDC)

Position Purpose

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the primary administration of Ubiquity’s Salesforce instance. The Administrator will assist internal teams with their use of the Salesforce systems. Additionally, the Analyst will work with the rest of the Business Intelligence Team to strategize and execute a Salesforce development roadmap.

Core Responsibilities

• Function as administrator for both Sales and Service Cloud instances of Ubiquity’s Salesforce instance
• Work with Business Intelligence Team to strategize Salesforce development roadmap
• Execute on necessary Salesforce system builds
• Maintain Ubiquity’s reporting and dashboards.
• Identify actionable insights and metrics to track performance against goals across different teams
• Design new business processes in salesforce aimed at streamlining interdepartmental collaboration
• Write SOPs and train teams on new salesforce business processes
• Design and develop dynamic, secure, high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, for the healthcare industry.
• Create Data Dictionaries
• Generate application flow charts and technical documentation
• Defining technical specifications to meet custom  business requirements
• Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment

Requirements

• Diploma or BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Business or any other relevant field
• SalesForce Administrator Certification would be at an advantage
• Coding or computer science skills are not required for this role
• Experience building reports/dashboards
• Strong understanding of business process and experience implementing solutions that support all aspects of the organization
• Comfortable multi-tasking and with advanced trouble shooting situations
• Excel proficiency (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
