Senior / Executive, HR Operations – 1 Year Contract #HHL

Job Scope:
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative matters
• Assist HR Business Partner with reporting and data analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support HR transformation and project initiatives
• Prepare reports and work with large datasets

Requirements:
• Min. Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Economics, Informatics or related field
• Min. 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Experience with Power Automate / data visualisation tools preferred
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Healthcare / large organisation experience advantageous
