? Location: West (Hospital setting)
? Salary: Up to $3,800 (depending on experience)
? Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Scope:
• Support Medical Social Workers (MSWs) in patient care and administrative duties
• Manage routine cases independently and provide follow-up for patients
• Conduct financial assessments for eligibility of assistance schemes
• Perform field visits and support patient discharge planning
• Liaise with community partners to ensure continuity of care
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff when required

Job Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in any field
• Passionate about healthcare and social services
