Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (8 hours a day)

Every Saturday: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm (4 hours)

44 hours per work week

Must be open to starting at 7.30 am on certain days; if work starts earlier, work will end earlier

Salary (hourly rate):

MIN N / O / A / NITEC: $10.50/hour

MIN Diploma: $13/hour

Responsibilities

Perform backend administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, conducting pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC), and data collation

Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme

Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations

Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors

The cost of the medical / vaccination checkup will be covered if you start work. If you do not start work, the medical / vaccination cost must be paid back.
