Job Scope
• Enter purchase order receipts into Oracle accurately and timely
• Ensure system data matches physical goods received
• Escalate discrepancies and liaise with relevant teams
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation
• File and organise inbound delivery orders
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
