Temp Sea Freight Operation Assistant
(Hiring under Recruit Express Headcount)

Location: Eunos
Salary: $2,800 – $3,800/month
Duration: 3–6 months (Start ASAP)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 8.30 am – 5.30 pm

Job Scope
• Handle daily sea freight import operations and customer follow-ups
• Ensure import processes comply with customs and regulatory requirements
• Prepare customs clearance documents, inward permits, delivery orders, packing lists and import/export documentation
• Prepare accurate billing and invoicing, including COD customers
• Ensure accurate GST and customs declarations
• Liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal teams on shipment matters
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Knowledge of Singapore import procedures and customs regulations
• Familiar with shipping documentation and freight operations
