Hiring under Recruit Express Headcount

Location: Eunos
Pay: $2800 - $3800
Duration: 3 - 6 Months (renewable)
Working Hours:
• Mon - Fri
• 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Job Scope
• Manage daily sea freight import operations
• Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, and internal teams
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation
• Process import permits, delivery orders, and packing lists
• Ensure compliance with Singapore customs and import/export regulations
• Prepare accurate customer billing and invoicing
• Handle GST and customs declaration documentation
• Support day-to-day freight operations and other ad-hoc duties

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Familiar with Singapore import procedures and customs regulations
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and freight operations
