Temp Senior Patient Service Associate - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Sengkang

Duration: Monthly Renewable Contract (Renewable up to 3 months or longer)

Salary: $13/hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

*44 hours per week*

*Must be willing to start at 7:00am or 7:30am on selected days (earlier start = earlier end)*

 Job Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline customer service.

- Register patients and schedule appointments accurately.

- Assist patients with self-service kiosks and promote the use of digital services.

- Manage patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations.

- Attend to patient enquiries professionally and courteously.

- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
