To support innovation projects across Asia Pacific. This role is responsible for conducting product development activities in laboratory and pilot plant environments, evaluating ingredient functionality, developing technical solutions for customers, and supporting innovation initiatives from concept through commercialization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create differentiated ingredient solutions that address market needs and customer challenges.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Innovation

o Conduct product development work in laboratory and pilot plant environments, with a primary focus on dairy and beverage applications.

o Support formulation development, process optimization, troubleshooting, and application testing.

o Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and project activities.

o Prepare technical reports and application documentation.

• Technical & Commercial Support

o Provide technical support to Marketing, Technical Service, Sales, and Operations teams.

o Assist with customer projects by developing and evaluating application prototypes.

o Support technical presentations, seminars, and training activities.

o Help troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges.

• Laboratory & Pilot Plant Management

o Maintain a clean, organized and safe laboratory environment

o Manage laboratory ingredients, materials, equipment, and samples to ensure availability and proper storage.

o Organize and maintain the ingredient library, ensuring ingredients are properly labeled, stored, tracked, and readily available for project work.

o Perform routine maintenance and basic upkeep of laboratory and pilot plant equipment.

o Comply with all Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) policies, procedures, and safe work practices.

o Participate actively in safety initiatives and support continuous improvement of workplace safety standards.
