(West Hospital) Senior Associate Executive, Patient Liaison / Referral Centre (Up 3.8K) #HJC

• To provide coordination and assistance in all areas necessary to facilitate enquiries and requests from patients, clients and internal departments, and ensure that the service levels provided meet the pre-determined service standards.
• Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
• Liaise with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient to NUH for outpatient appointment as per the hospital’s protocols and procedures.
• Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Preferably 1 year work experience
• Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and possess good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A team player
• Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with applications/ technology
