Wound Care Nurse (5.5 Day) #HCK

Work Schedule: Office Hours | 5.5-Day Work Week

Sozo Wound & Stoma Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wound & Stoma Care Nurse to provide specialised nursing care for patients in both the clinic and home care settings. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality wound and stoma care while educating patients and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess patients and provide professional nursing care
• Deliver comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Perform advanced wound management, including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), conventional wound dressings, and 2-layer and 4-layer compression bandaging
• Assess, manage, and provide care for patients with stomas
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound healing, stoma care, and the appropriate use of stoma appliances
• Demonstrate proper wound and stoma care techniques to patients and primary caregivers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient care at all times
  
  
  

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience or interest in wound and stoma care is preferred
• Comfortable travelling to patients' homes to provide nursing services
• Able to work rotational Saturdays, Public Holidays, and participate in on-call duties
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Passionate about delivering patient-centred care with professionalism and empathy
