Wound Care Nurse, 5.5 days #HCK

Job Duties:

• To conduct home visits to provide assessment and nursing care to clients
• Providing care for both acute and chronic wounds.
• Initiating appropriate wound management for the patients namely negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), conventional dressing and application of 2 and 4 layers compression bandage.
• Educate patient and family members on wound healing process and issues.
• Providing care for patients with stoma.
• Educate and counsel patient and family members on care of stoma and choosing the appropriate stoma appliances.
• Demonstrate stoma care to the primary caregive.

Description / Requirements:

• Nurses with at least 2 years of related nursing experience
• Working 5.5 days a week
• Must be able to do rotational Saturday, Public Holidays and on call duties
